Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship all our orders by UPS ground delivery. UPS does
not ship to a Post Office Box. We need a street address to get you
your order.
Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
A. For orders that are shipped out of our California
warehouse, the orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
For fastest service rush delivery is available but is expensive. UPS ground
normally takes from 7 to 10 days. See

Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
A. For orders that are shipped out of our Arkansas
warehouse, your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days if not
sooner. It takes additional 2 to 5 business days for UPS or the Postal Service
to deliver your package. Transit time depends on what area of the country the
package is shipping to. See Map below.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you need to cancel an order, it must be done within 24
hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after shipping occurs will be
credited back minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking
fee of 15%. This policy requires that all packages be returned to us,
unopened, and in good condition.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, email at
returns@capitalcandlesonline.com.
No returns will be accepted without proper authorization from customer
service. Merchandise returned without authorization will be disposed of at
customers expense and will not relieve the customer from liability of paying
invoice. Merchandise accepted for return/refund must be in new condition and
be sent back with the shipping cost pre-paid. Shipping fees are not
refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed
Q. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A. All orders shipped UPS are insured. Per UPS, if you are
the recipient of a damaged item, please contact us at
service@capitalcandlesonline.com, so that we can immediately notify our
UPS store to begin the claims process. Notify us within 3 days of receipt of
the goods. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice, original
packing material and contents, so that it may be picked up and returned. A
credit or replacement order will be shipped out as soon as the claim is
processed.

convenience and with maximum security for your protection.
